QUALIFICATIONS:
• Has completed at least two (2) years of College
• Graduate of a Computer-related course (CompSci, IT, CoE) or holds an Associate Technical Degree
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening
• Computer literate and proficient in typing
• Willing to work during night shifts and extended hours
• Focused and patient in handling customer concerns
• Enthusiastic, prompt, and courteous
• Pleasant disposition
• Excellent judgment skills
• Has excellent analytical and probing skills

• Proven ability to handle stress well and work under pressure

• Computer literate
• Self-disciplined and self-motivated
