QUALIFICATIONS:

Process Standards & Certification Head

QUALIFICATIONS:
•     Graduate of any 4 year course
•     Minimum of 5 years experience in a Call Center or Customer Service Industry
•     Experience in the following are preferred: Certification Process (ISO, COPC, etc), Internal Audit
•     Resposible for ensuring requirements of Process Certification efforts are complied with
•     Ensures proper deployment and transformation of the organization towards ISO compliance

Quality Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:
•     Graduate of any 4 year course
•     At least 3 years experience in a Senior Role in the Quality Group of a BPO Organization
•     Six Sigma Black or Green Belt trained and/or certified
•     Leads Quality Improvement projects in coordination with other departments using the Six Sigma methodology
•     Conducts basic Six Sigma training to drive the culture change throughout the organization
•     Ensures all projects are within schedule and meets the project goals

Spend and Asset Staff

QUALIFICATIONS:
•     Graduate of any 4 year course
•     Able to assist in the following:
       •     Preparations for the physical asset count
       •     Conduct of the count
       •     Reconciliation of the results of the count

QUALIFICATIONS:

•     Monitors average handling time, schedule adherence tracking and actual attendance of operations
•     Forecast of call volume using historical and current call information from the client
•     Retrieves trending adherence data for superior's study and analysis

QUALIFICATIONS:

•     Graduate of any 4 year course
•     Manages Quality processes for effective and efficient transaction monitoring of voice and non-voice customer interactions
•     Coordinate with client counterparts in addressing QA operational concerns
•     Responsible for the staffing, training and development of own specialists

QUALIFICATIONS:
•     College Degree holder of any course, preferably with units in graduate studies of management, business administration
