Over the years, ePLDT Ventus has made significant investments in attaining certifications. These certifications enable us to deliver tangible value to our clients and include:
ISO 9000 - ePLDT Ventus employs its parent entity’s Human Resource and Training Group for its internal training requirement. The PLDT training and development center is ISO-9001 certified.
COPC - Customer Operations Performance Center - ePLDT Ventus has 38 managers across all sites that are COPC-Registered Coordinators. We are currently in the final stages of preparing for the COPC certification for all our sites. While the evaluation for the COPC certification is in progress, our COPC registered coordinators will be deployed to work with you to ensure the highest level of consistency in operational processes including customer satisfaction, quality monitoring, transition and ramp-up, and business planning. COPC standards are mostly referred to when looking at QA call monitoring standards as well as in sampling exercises during process improvement initiatives.
Six Sigma - ePLDT Ventus has over 16 managers that have completed the Six Sigma Green Belt Training, and they are in the process of completing the projects for certification. Our Internal Quality group is tasked with leading the organization in its process improvement efforts by using Six Sigma methodologies. The benefits of using Six Sigma methodologies and processes are improved operational excellence, increased productivity and faster turn-around time.
