Ray C. Espinosa is the Chairman of ePLDT Ventus, President of ePLDT and a Director of PLDT. Prior to joining the PLDT group he was a Partner in the Sycip, Salazar Hernandez and Gatmaitan Law Firm where he specialized in, and received several commendations and awards in Corporate Finance transactions. Atty. Espinosa likewise served as a Foreign Associate for Covington & Burling of Washington D.C., where he specialized in the fields of international trade and business transactions. He likewise lectured on Business Law at the Ateneo de Manila Law School. Mr. Espinosa graduated from the University of Sto . Tomas with a BS in General Studies. He received his Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Ateneo de Manila Law School placing first in the 1982 Bar Examination. He later proceeded to finish his Master of Law at the University of Michigan Law School.

Rosalie R. Montenegro is the President of the ePLDT Ventus, Inc., a 100% owned subsidiary of PLDT which focuses on Outsourcing, principally for inbound and outbound customer service and sales calls with data support for email and back-office processing.  The outsourcing business of ePLDT Ventus which Ms. Montenegro started from the ground-up in 2001, now numbers 5 International  and 2 Domestic Call Centers which handle with about 5,000 FTE, handling a variety of industry verticals such as: entertainment, healthcare, credit cards, hotels, first level help desk support for hardware, retail business, customer support for appliances, B2B for logistics, B2b for computer wholesalers, anti-virus, lifestyle electronics and wireless telecoms. She is a member of the board of  directors of ePLDT and is concurrently Senior Vice President of the parent company, PLDT.  In addition, Ms. Montenegro  is responsible for managing both PLDT’s internal Call Centers and the external outsourcing Call Center businesses of e-PLDT which target the international market, principally the US.  Prior to joining PLDT, Ms. Montenegro was with ABN-AMRO as the Vice President for Remote Banking in the Asia Pacific Region based in Singapore.  In this capacity, she provided regional support in setting -up the Call Centers for  Taiwan, Hongkong, Pakistan, and Indonesia.  Subsequently, she  served as the Consumer Banking Head for ABN AMRO Savings Bank in the Philippines. 

Her preliminary exposure to call centers was with Citibank, Manila where she pioneered providing call center customer service for both the bank and credit card customers of Citibank’s Global Consumer Banking business in 1991. She also served concurrently as the CitiPhone Banking Head (Call Center) and the Service Quality Director for the Bank and Credit Card Businesses of Citibank N.A. Philippines. In addition, she was concurrently responsible for the Citibank Manila’s Distribution for 3 years.  Ms. Montenegro was also very actively involved in the Citibank Asia Pacific Citiphone Banking and Service Quality Regional Councils which entailed conducting training in such countries as India, Australia, Indonesia, Turkey and Hungary.
George H. Tan is Chief Finance Officer of ePLDT Ventus and ePLDT. He was formerly Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of William, Gothong & Aboitiz, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Tan was a Professor at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) where he taught courses in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and Management Control Systems. He began his career as Audit Staff of SyCip, Gorres, Velayo and Co. Mr. Tan graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of the East and holds a BS in Business Administration Major in Accounting. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1979. He received his Master in Business Management degree with distinction in 1985 from the Asian Institute of Management.
Mariano L. Galicia, Jr. is the Group Vice President for Human Resources and Administration of ePLDT, Inc. In this capacity, Mr. Galicia provides strategic directions and professional advice in the area of human resources management for all the companies within the ePLDT Group consistent with the group's vision.  He serves in concurrent capacity as the Head of the Shared Services Division of ePLDT Ventus, Inc. providing HR, Legal and Payroll Services to the group's call center companies. His responsibility also includes the overall management of the HR, Administrative and Legal services for the parent company, ePLDT, Inc. Before joining ePLDT, Mr. Galicia held several management positions in the fields of Human Resources, Administrative Services, Legal, Information Systems and Logistics with the following organizations: (1) Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation; (2) Metro Pacific Corporation; (3) Johnson & Johnson (Phils.) Inc.; and (4) Del Monte Philippines, Inc. In those companies, he was invariably responsible for designing, developing and implementing computerized business application systems, policies and programs covering the cited responsibility areas; and for providing executive oversight management over several subsidiary companies.  He graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree of Bachelor of Science major in Physics. He also took up a program on Corporate Strategy for the Multi-Business Firms from the Harvard Business School in Boston , Massachusetts.
Albert L. Santos is the Vice President for Operations of ePLDT Ventus responsible for managing all the 5,000-seat multiple call center site operations of ePLDT Ventus for both International and Domestic markets. He is formerly the Site Director of the ePLDT Ventus Jupiter (formerly Parlance Systems, Inc.) site handling over 1,500 call center personnel. He began his career with Citibank N.A. Philippines as a Citiphone Officer, working his way to a Citiphone Team Leader for Bank and Credit Cards. Mr. Santos moved on to Citibank's Branch Services where he directed operations and established process and audit controls to better serve customers with their banking needs. Mr. Santos then moved on to AIG where he headed a 100-seat call center operation servicing AIG credit card clients. He was also the concurrent head for service quality at AIG, in charge of developing measures and implementing projects to address customer service needs and issues. Albert graduated from the De La Salle University in 1993 with a degree in Commerce.
Ken Brian P. Lamzon is the Business Development Director of ePLDT Ventus and is responsible for all new service offerings, site development, marketing campaigns, corporate communications, new technologies and program transition initiatives of the call center company. He was responsible for setting up Ventus Fort Bonifacio (formerly Vocativ Systems Inc.), Ventus Iloilo and Ventus Garnet and was the Site Director of both the Fort Bonifacio and Iloilo sites prior to his current assignment. Before joining the ePLDT Group, he was the Chief MIS Manager for the Sales and Distribution Group at Citibank N.A. Philippines, where he handled the overall MIS management of the distribution network and manpower productivity of Field Sales, Telesales, Merchant Sales and Cards Direct Sales. A certified SAS programmer, he was responsible for the automation of the daily, weekly and monthly reportorial requirements of the whole Sales and Distribution group. Earlier, he was responsible for Budget and MIS functions to adhere and fully support the initiatives of Citiphone, the 24-hour call center of Citibank. Ken started his career in Citibank N.A. as an Authorizations officer for the Credit Card business. He then moved to become a Cards CitiPhone Officer, a Senior Bank CitiPhone Officer, a Subject Matter Expert Trainor and a Graveyard Shift Supervisor. Ken graduated from the University of the Philippines in 1994 with a degree in Business Administration.
Reynaldo L. Picar is the Information and Technology (IT) Implementation Director of ePLDT Ventus. Rey is a licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer. He is in-charge of developing, enhancing and implementing network designs (voice and data) focusing on call centers and internal communications. He was previously employed with Alliance Technologies Corporation, where he provided consultative services in building and enhancing contact center operations which encompasses Voice Communication Systems, Interactive Voice Response System, Voicemail Systems, CRM, CTI, Call Management System, Voice Recorders and Work Force Management System. Rey has been exposed to various technical trainings, seminars and presentations on Call Center technologies and products, Voice Communications Systems and Networking Products in Manila , Singapore and USA .Rey attained his ECE degree from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila in 1991.
