As a commitment to developing its employees to win with the company, Ventus has offered leadership and management training for supervisors in 2005. With material based on select management theory as well as personal effectiveness philosophy, the program creates an optimal learning experience through over 240 hours of immersion in the job of a supervisor in addition to 80 hours of classroom activities.

Over 100 supervisors and supervisors-in-development have taken and passed its rigorous requirements. This is all part of the commitment to invest in the employees that have been integral to Ventus’ success.
