Bobby Ferrante is responsible for global sales, marketing and account management for all the Call Center and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) of ePLDT Ventus. In his position, Bobby plays a key role in identifying and targeting new business opportunities from U.S. customer verticals.
Bobby plays an instrumental role in building the company's Sales & Marketing team in the U.S. and uncovering potential acquisitions of onshore/near-shore BPO businesses. Additionally, he manages and supports U.S. customers, coordinates RFP responses with the company's Philippines-based Client Services and negotiates contracts with new clients.
Prior to joining ePLDT Ventus, Bobby co-founded Source One Communications where he was responsible for operations and all global sales and marketing initiatives for the company. At Source One, Bobby handled all 800-customer service programs in the Philippines, India as well as in the U.S. and Canada.
Before starting his own company, Bobby spent 14 years with a major telecommunications company, Ruppman Marketing (currently AFFINA), where he managed and developed extensive marketing and teleservices programs for Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Panasonic and Toshiba.
Bobby holds a BS in Business Administration from Montclair State University.
He is active in the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SoCAP), the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), the American Telegraph Association (ATA) and the Customer Service Association (CSA). |
